Its halogen light is strong and focused, and in the dual lamp design that Pablo has assembled can be directed in multiple directions and with varying intensities.

Hybrid lighting systems are a decidedly modern invention, and are now increasingly popular as lighting solutions for contemporary life styles. The design idea at the heart of the hybrid is to produce light that is ambient AND focused. The challenge then is how to create a light that can translate between an ambient light source and as more traditional directed lighting, depending on how it is positioned and directed. Pablo believes that technologies are not an end in themselves, but a means to an end. A successful hybrid light such as the Gloss must strike a balance.
